Panel presenters are not required to submit a file for the proceedings, but will be required to submit a biography. All travel expenses including hotel, airfare, meals, etc. are the responsibility of the speaker.

Paper Presentations

Each paper (manuscript) presentation is allowed 25 minutes, which includes Q&A time. Manuscripts are required for each presentation prior to the conference for publication on the CD-ROM. One presenter per paper presentation at POWERGRID Europe 2009 will receive a complimentary registration.

Panel Presentation

Panel sessions give the opportunity for an interactive discussion between conference delegates and the presenters. Manuscripts are not required. If a topic is accepted for a panel presentation the person submitting the application is responsible for procuring the panellists at the time of acceptance. Each panel presentation will be allocated four complimentary conference registrations.
